For 60+ years, DHA has operated as a non-federally funded, private nonprofit organization serving a four-state area and beyond.
While in DHA’s care, 2000+ cats and dogs every year receive food, shelter, medical care, and lots of love. DHA also supports our community by offering low-cost vaccination clinics and microchipping and maintaining a pet food pantry for those in need.
DHA’s programs are funded with support of the community in the form of private donations, fees-for-service, grants, and fundraising events. Your donations helps us continue to provide quality services and fulfill our mission.
